• To maintain the original appearance of this product, avoid exposure to direct heat or sunlight for extended periods.
• This product cannot be machine washed. Simply wipe gently with a damp soft cloth and dry flat in the shade.
• Some products may contain materials that should not be hand washed. Please contact us for dry cleaning methods and information on appropriate cleaning products.
• Keep this product dry and avoid contact with wet surfaces. All products made of leather can present slight variation in color, which is due to the nature of the leather and cannot be claimed as faults.
BEFORE YOU BUY

• After confirming the order we will ship the product in 3 working days (excluding holidays)
• We will provide a tracking number after the package is shipped by Thai Post / FedEx / DHL
• The package will normally take 2-9 days to arrive depending on the receiving country
• Exchanging product size is acceptable, but the customer will absorb all the shipping fees
• All product pictures are taken of our real products; however, the color might look different due to monitor screen and lighting. So please consider this before making your order.
• All products are handmade, measurement error within 2-3 cm are normal.
• Please note that all international orders shipping outside of Thailand are subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
