• Lightly dust the stamp with flour when using it to prevent the dough from sticking to the cutter.
• For clean cuts and clear imprints, chill your dough well before cutting and stamping.
• To prevent excessive puffing, use only egg yolks and mix them in without incorporating air.
• We recommend a dough thickness of 5mm.
• Using a Silpat mat will help maintain the shape and result in a crispier finish.

((Handling Precautions))
The cookie cutters in our shop are made using plant-derived plastic (PLA resin) that meets the safety standards of the U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and are produced with 3D printers.
Due to the 3D printing process, you may notice characteristic layer lines, burrs, stringing, or small holes. Please wash thoroughly before and after each use.
Not microwave, oven, or dishwasher safe.
If the water temperature during cleaning exceeds approximately 40°C, the mold may deform.
To prevent accidental ingestion, please store out of reach of children.
