Organic Gokase Yuzu Green Tea 70g

A natural flavored tea blended with 100% pan-fired green tea leaves grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers in Gokase Town, a hidden gem in Miyazaki Prefecture, and organic yuzu peel also from Miyazaki Prefecture. We use only single-origin natural ingredients and no artificial flavorings whatsoever. The refreshing aroma of pan-fired tea enhances the unique character of the yuzu. It can be enjoyed brewed with hot or cold water, but we highly recommend cold brewing for the spring and summer seasons. The combination of the penetrating yuzu aroma and the elegant sweetness of the tea will refresh both your mind and body. This product is certified organic JAS. Recommended tea leaf quantity: For cold brewing: Use 10g of tea leaves per 1L of room temperature water. Steep in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. After separating the leaves from the tea, you can pour hot water over the same leaves to make a delicious second brew, enjoying it twice! For hot brewing: Use 3-5g of tea leaves in a teapot with 200ml of water. You can brew 3-4 infusions.
