Authentic Denim
The lower the number, the thicker the yarn.
Normally, Nanspan fabrics are basically made of 7 yarn counts.
We use 5 and 5.5 count yarn, which is the thickest denim.
This insta-DB fabric has an authentic denim feel while adjusting the density.
It has a tough texture with a soft feel, yet the bone texture is still alive.
Rope Dyeing
Rope dying is the most robust of all denim dying processes, and produces a vivid indigo color even after the wash process.
Vegetable Leather Envelope
This label uses the Natural fabric color of vegetable leather, which tans to a vintage look the more it is used.
It is a removable letter envelope and can also be used as a card holder.
*Vegetable leather becomes softer and more lustrous the more it is used, It is characterized by a natural vintage look, such as a darker color.
