出自莫高窟第61窟北壁，表現藥師佛及其眷屬所在東方淨土的盛大景況。
畫面中錯落有致、氣勢恢宏的殿宇樓閣矗立在石綠色的水池中，其間佈滿眾多的人物，藥師佛端莊居於畫面中部，寧靜優雅的菩薩、威武強壯的神將、秀美靈動的伎樂環繞周圍，展示出莊嚴優美的東方淨土美景。
整鋪壁畫內容豐富卻不凌亂，體現了注重整體性和秩序感的美學風格。
