While very rare, minor scratches may be present, as is characteristic of leather; please understand this as a natural feature. The handle is made from approximately 3.5mm thick cowhide shrink oil leather, a multi-fat tanned leather generously infused with oil. Despite its thickness, it is exceptionally soft and develops a beautiful patina with use.
