This is the first product to bring Koshu Inden, a traditional craft of Yamanashi Prefecture, into the realm of interior design. It was born from a collaboration between Inden-ya Uehara Yu Shichi, a long-established company, and feeLife YATSUGATAKE, a lifestyle brand by a contemporary artist.
The texture of the ring, with its unique coating on stainless steel with 12 holes.
The softness of natural wood and the presence of Inden.
Silver hands.
Every element is perfectly balanced in this masterpiece.
The difference in thickness between parts and the structure that creates steps, combined with the three-dimensional effect of Inden's lacquer patterns, causes the clock's expression to change with the light.
Clocks, like furniture, are always with us, so we want to display items that deserve the word "wonderful." This is a "clock you'll want to gaze at" that you won't find anywhere else.
The dragonfly is a traditional Inden pattern. Because it only moves forward, it is also called the "victory insect" and was widely used on samurai armor and clothing due to its auspicious symbolism.
