以舊有款式Lancet為設計藍本，推出更符合時下女性使用習慣的時髦小包，而「S」意指Small和Shoulder Bag。
設計師以大自然為靈感，手袋正面鏤空的設計，尖頭部份是描繪種子，延伸至底部則不再呈尖形，而是以橫面切割的方式來描述種子落地生根的生長過程。
而取名Lancet，則是因為正面鏤空的部份與哥德時期教堂的Lancet窗戶的形狀相似，特此選名。
Lancet S前後採取不同設計，一面是簡潔的帆布面，一面是具辨識度的雙線設計，一個手袋，任意搭配。
袋身側邊採用風琴折疊設計，手袋開合選用磁貼，方便使用。
