✅ CHOOSE - THE MAIN PHOTO
The main photo is the photo that is composed of all the small photos. Make sure the main photo is of good quality. For the best results, use a close-up as the main picture.

✅ UPLOAD AND SEND
To create a photo mosaic you need one main image and at least 200 individual photos. The more photos you have, the more detailed your mosaic will be. The best result is when the number of photos is between 600 and 1000.

- Ships in 8-9 business days after receiving photos from you
- Shipped in protective packaging and strong boxes to ensure no damage during transportation

- Canvas frames are made of FSC-certified wood. Thin canvas has a 2-3 cm frame

- Ships in 8-9 business days after receiving photos from you
- Thickness: 20-25 mm
- Includes a hanging kit, to hang in both portrait and landscape orientations

- The frame and poster are delivered together. The poster needs to be mounted by the end-recipient

✅ WILL I RECEIVE PROOF?
Absolutely! We send proofs to your Email or Pinkoi Chat so make sure to keep an eye out for that! The purpose of the proof is to verify that all the information you provided is correct. PLEASE NOTE: Your order WILL NOT ship until you have approved the proof.

✅ WHAT HAPPENS TO MY UPLOADED PHOTOS?
The pictures are only used for the creation of the photomosaic and will be deleted 3 weeks after receipt of payment. All data is protected until then, and nothing is passed on, copied, released, published, or similar.

✅ WILL ALL OF THE UPLOADED PICTURES BE USED IN THE MOSAIC?
Yes. We try to use all of the photos that you upload.
In the case of damaged photo files or formats which do not fit into the mosaic patterns, we have to make an exception. However, you always have the option to check if all of your favorite photos have been used before printing.
