You can make this sweet nestlings in their different hats with any kind of yarn, it just should have the same thickness. The owls are crocheted at a whole, so you only need to sew on the claws and parts of the hats. All hats on a photo are included in a pattern. The size of the finished owls is about 8 cm - I used “ggh Ondario” yarn (25 g/112 m) with the thread double holded and a 2,5 mm crochet hook.
